Zenless Zone Zero’s 1.2 update has been released and with it comes a new series of banners and promotional art for the next batch.ZZZis the next hit gacha game by HoYoverse and has succeeded so far. The gameplay is more akin to the fast-paced action ofHonkai Impactwhile carrying through the innovative advancements the company has learned with its other games.
The 1.2 “Tour de Inferno” patchcontinues the story of sibling Proxys while introducing the Sons Of Calydon. This update is also vastly different from the previous one as it comes with a horde of quality-of-life changes from community feedback. The two most notable include allowing the player character to be one they own, which is currently limited but in progress. The other was removing TV exploration from most quests, as, while it was creative, it was time-consuming and uninteresting to many.

Meet The Sons Of Calydon & New Characters
The two banners forZenless Zone Zero’s 1.2 patch are Physical Shielder Caeser King in the first half, and Fire Anomaly Burnice White in the second half. Their signature W-Engines are also running along with them simultaneously. As for A-Rank characters appearing on the banners, Piper and Anton are featured on Caeser’s banner.
Meanwhile, Lucy and Nicole will be present on Burnice’s banner. If desired, there is also a banner for the new Red Moccus Bangboo that has buffs to help Sons of Calydon characters, similar to how others buffall otherZenless Zone Zerofactions.

Filling In The Roster With New Characters
As the company always does, HoYoverse has released promotional material for the next set of banners. In this case,players can expect Electric Anomaly Tsukishiro Yanagi, and fellow Sons of Calydon member Lighter, who is a Fire Stun unit. As of now, there is some leaked information about their two kits, but that is subject to change. Given that they are limited banner characters, the likelihood is they will be strong and power-creep characters in their same role, like fellowZenless Zone ZeroElectric Anomaly unit Grace Howard.
Zenless Zone Zero: How To Unlock & Complete All Mewmew Rebuild Ridu Challenges
Rebuild Ridu is a new set of challenges given by Officer Mewmew in version 1.1 of Zenless Zone Zero. These will reward currency and upgrade materials.
Overall, not only was patch 1.2 a step in the right direction forZZZ, but it also added two amazing new characters. Caeser has climbed the ranks to be a top-tier sustain character that can work as a pseudo-stun unit while providing buffs.
Meanwhile, though Burnice has not been released yet, given her status and limited competition in her role, she is likely to be a great option for Fire teams. These strengths put players in the hard choice of picking fromZenless Zone Zero’s current banners or waiting for the next batch.
