Mighty Switch Forceis an awesome game. Thefree updateon May 24 made it evenmoreawesome. And now its poised to become even more awesome-o than that!
According to Nintendo Power, WayForward is planning an HD port ofMighty Switch Forceset to launch alongside the Wii U this year. The game will include all the features and updates from the 3DS original (and possibly even more), but the sprites are being completely redrawn to appear a lot closer in style to the concept artwork. As you’re able to see in the header,Mighty Switch Force HDis going to be sexy indeed. I absolutely adored the hand-drawn style ofA Boy and His Blob, and to see that level of cartoony quality at a higher resolution will be nothing short of joyous.
Think of this as WayForward’s testing the waters, as many more unannounced Wii U and 3DS games are being planned.
