This version of Bruce Wayne has some huge differences to the original, but the one that has really caught fan attention is how incredibly muscular this new Caped Crusader is.
In newly released fanart frombosslogic,Absolute Batman delivers a horrific, bloody beatdown to a group of henchmen(likely working for Black Mask -Batman’s nemesis inAbsolutecanon.) The hero’s gigantic size is perfectly captured, with the artist nicknaming the hero"The Absolute Batman… Who Lifts."
Beginning this October,DC’sAbsolute Universeis a separate continuitystarring new, drastically different versions of heroes including Wonder Woman, Superman, Flash, Green Lantern and Batman. The Dark Knight will be depicted asa civil engineer working without the original Batman’s fortune, relying on a far more brutal fighting style and self-made weapons including a spiked costume, a whip-like cape, and an ax which uses his bladed chest logo as the blade.
