Wolverine And Rogue Have Been Through A Lot

The X-Men Went From Enemies To Allies

The term “ground bear” refers to a specific type of Canadian brown bear, and seeing as how Wolverine is a hairy, feral Canadian,“Ground Bear” really is the perfect nickname for him, and it’s only natural that Rogue would be the one to bestow the name on Wolverine. Likemany of her fellow X-Men, Rogue was taken under Logan’s wing from her early days with the team, and she’s had his back both as X-Men and even as Uncanny Avengers. But before the two X-Men ever fought alongside one another, they were mortal foes.

Wolverine And Rogue Couldn’t Be Closer
