10 Strongest Electric-Type Pokémon in Pokémon GO

Electric-type Pokémon in Pokémon GO can be extremely strong additions to your team to counter powerful meta options with their own shocking attacks.

Three trainers can potentially defeat all four Pokémon, but only if the trainers are at a high level and are set up with the perfect counters. If you haven’t already caught one, you should attempt to catch Dialga before it goes out of rotation, as it remains one of thestrongest Pokémon inPokémon GO.

Mega Raid Bosses In February 2025

Three Pokémon In Their Largest Forms

In addition to the standard Raids, there are also three Mega Raids, which have an increased difficulty. Mega Pokémon have become a vital part ofPokémon GO, as some of the strongest Pokémon are vital themselves for completing Raid battles.

February 17 - March 4

Dragon, Fairy, Ice

All of the Mega Raids willrequire at least 2-3 playerswith perfect counters to have a chance of victory. However, teams of 5 or more players are advised.

All Mega Raid Bosses have a chance to be shiny when you attempt to catch them after winning the Raid.

Once you have caught them, you may use Mega Energy to evolve them into this unique form for a set period of time. While Mega Medicham is average among the enhanced versions of Pokémon, both Mega Garchomp and Mega Tyranitar are two of the strongest inPokémon GOfor their types, so if you don’t already have one, now is the time to catch them.

Max Raid Bosses In February 2025

New And Old Pokémon Available As Dynamax

Max Raids were brought intoPokémon GOwith the new Dynamax feature, which had previously been used in the main series of games. Despitecriticism of the Dynamax system, new Pokémon continued to be added. Each week, the rotation of Pokémon that are available changes, with some appearing more than once during the month of February.

Darumaka, Pidove, Sobble

February 24 - March 3

The difficulty of each Max Raid changes depending on the Pokémon. Basic and starter Pokémon such as Bulbasaur, Charmander, and Squirtlecan all easily be defeated by solo players. However, the strongest Max Raid Bosses, such as Zapdos, can’t be defeated by one player and require between 2 and 4 players to have a chance at victory.

For any Max Raid Battles, you’re able to only use Pokémon you have previously caught through these raids.

In addition to the above rotations for Max Raids, there are also Max Mondays in February. These take place for one hour, from 6 pm to 7 pm local time every Monday, and feature one Pokémon in an increased number of Max Battles. For February, these areMoltres Skwovet, Pidove, Darumaka, and Beldum.

Shadow Raid Bosses In February 2025

Debut Of Shadow Legendary Titan In Raids

While the other types of raids change multiple times during February, the Shadow Raid Boss stays the same throughout the month. This month, it will be theLegendary Regirock. It will only appear on weekends, but it is a powerful force that you want to capture to add to your team.

Shadow Pokémon are stronger in battle than regular versions and are much harder to defeat in raid battles.

It is the first time Regirock is available in its Shadow form and the chance to get the elusive Shiny Shadow version. However, Shadow Regirock can only be challenged by using the in-person Raid Passes, not Remote Raid Passes. The standardRegirock Raids inPokémon GOprovide a tough encounter, with the shadow version even harder. It is weak to Fighting-, Grass-, Ground-, Steel- and Water-type attacks. February 2025 is a busy month for trainers inPokémon GO,and there are four different types of Raid Bosses with lots of powerful Pokémon to take on.
