Monme then reports back to the Shibuya Cluster, where Akane makes her debut as Sayahime, while Aqua finally takes the stage as Touki. Thus, the battle between the two factions, the Shinjuku Cluster led by Blade and the Shibuya Cluster led by Sayahime, begins. Having accidentally wandered off, Tsurugi crosses paths with Sayahime, and the two engage in battle as well.

A flashback then reveals thatAkane used to be a huge fan of Kanaand would rewatch clips of Kana until her parents urged her to try out acting as well. However, when Akane encounters Kana at an audition, she is taken aback by her lack of passion for acting and Kana’s apathy towards the fact that the audition was a sham and that she’d already been finalized for the role.

Eventually, Akane comes to understand why Kana acted the way she did, realizing that she was scared and insecure about her career. Akane begins giving the performance everything she’s got in an attempt to bring out Kana’s acting and force her to take the spotlight instead of shining it on others.

However, noticing Akane’s spectacular acting, Kana takes a step back and allows Akane to take center stage instead of rising up to the challenge. The episode ends withAqua and Akane joining forces to bring out Kana’s performance, setting the stage for an equal showdown between Akane and Kana.
