Like the Rek’Sai boss fight, when you hit 15:00 in The Outskirts, you get pulled into the boss arena. It’s worth noting that if you step outside of the ring, you will take a lot of damage to your HP. That sounds obvious, but it gets tricky when you take into account thatBriar likes to push you out.

Briar is terrifying, literally
One of her spammed attacks is the Fear in a cone around her, and most of the time it’s multiple areas per attack. You need to avoid these, especially if you’re near the edge of the arena. Melee characters like Illaoi, or characters with invulnerability like Yasuo, can easily dodge the Fears. If you’re controlling a melee character, hug as close to Briar as you’re able to then pivot around her.
Other than this, the next major threat during the Briar boss fight is the hemastone attack. Periodically, Briar will summon waves of hemastones from the top and right sides of the arena. The longer the boss fight drags, the more hemastones get fired.
Call a friend during the Briar boss fight
If you’re still having trouble with Briar, consider calling a friend. She will Frenzy towards one character, leaving the others free to hit her (and the other trash mobs that wander into the area).
This boss fight is plain and simple as long as you may survive the hemastones and dodge the Fears.
