Silly as the interview clip might seem,Hayden Christensen has never been shy about how much he adores this character and how much it meant to him to get to play him(and continue to play him). Even decades later, Christensen always expresses appreciation for the opportunity, which is particularly incredible given the backlash he faced after the prequels. It’s easy to take it for granted, but the love Christensen has for this franchise and this character isn’t a guarantee or perhaps even common with actors, and it makesStar Warsso much better.
It’s also been wonderful to see Christensen come back to the role several times now.
