It can be a little bit tricky to sneak around them before they turn in the same direction, but by using the Dash movement option, you may reach a good angle pretty quickly.
Another way to defeat Shielded Esselings is by unlocking Whim Fragrances, which can break their shields. To unlock the fragrance, you need to explore caverns in Miraland where you will find the ingredients to craft different Whim Fragrances in the Heart of Infinity. You will then need to equip them withInfinity Nikki’s Purification Outfitso you can use them in combat.
The two best Whim Fragrances for combat are Citrus Burst,which will become the Summer Breeze Fragrance, and the Forest Whisper, which will become the Immersed In Thoughts Fragrance. With these two Fragrances equipped inInfinity Nikki, you may break a Shielded Esseling’s shield just by running near them.
