The best team to use against Arlo for December 2024 areBlaziken, Heatran, and Magnezone. Arlo may have Gyarados to counter two of your Pokémon, but Magnezone does a ton of super effective damage that targets both Pokémon’s Water and Flying-types. Magnezone also resists most of Hypno’s damage, allowing you to beat it easily in a war of attrition.
Another excellent choice for your team in this fight is Tyranitar or Chandelure, who have great match-ups against some of Arlo’s Shadow Pokémon.
Blaziken’s Fire/Fighting-type nature allows it to counter most of Arlo’s team, including his Snorlax, Scizor, Beldum, and Metagross. Heatran fulfills the same role, backing up your Blaziken if it doesn’t have the Stamina to take down Arlo’s team. Remember touse Mega and Shadow variants against Arloif you can, as these Pokémon can survive longer and deal the most damage to your opponent.
