Harley Quinn Season 6 Cast Details

The DC Series Has A Core Cast Who Needs To Return

Harley Quinnseason 5 ended on a positive note, with the heroes back in Gotham City with their closest friends. If the show were to come back for season 6, that means that many of the characters in that final season would have to return. As Lorey said, the DC series will always focus on Harley and Poison Ivy, so the show’s main duo would have to be back for any new seasons. Harley’s recurring players would also need to be present, which include King Shark and his sons, Clayface, Bane and his family, Batman, the Bat-Family, and the Joker.

Since Gotham City and Metropolis are now so close together due to Superman pushing them to be, that opens the door for new appearances from the Man of Steel, who was absent for most of season 5, and Lois Lane, who developed a friendship with Harley.Lex Luthor and his sister, Lena, were last seen inside Frankette’s digestive system, so all three characters should return. Sharon, Harley’s now single mom, is another recurring player who is likely to return, being part of her daughter’s life. Despite being dead, Frank could also come back to meet Ivy occasionally in the Green.

Season 5 took the series to Metropolis, where Harley, Ivy, and many of the show’s recurring players had to deal with Brainiac and Lena Luthor’s nefarious plans for the city. While the change in scenery was refreshing and made sense thematically as Harley and Ivy were trying to force their relationship not to go stale, season 6 of the show would likely take place in Gotham again. At the end of season 5, Harley and Ivy leave their friends in their apartment to jump into the city, signaling new adventures on their old grounds.

Harley has tried many different things in her life. She has been part of a crime duo with the Joker, led her team as a villain, joined Batman in defending Gotham as part of the Bat-Family, and took her hero role to Metropolis to save the city while Superman was absent. Speaking withThe Direct,Harley Quinnshowrunner Dean Lorey revealed thatthe planned story for season 6, should the series be renewed, will be “very different, and (…) unexpected.“Based on his tease, it sounds like a major threat could throw Gotham upside down inHarley Quinnseason 6.
