Both of Mandy’s parents were introduced in season 6 ofThe Big Bang Theoryprequel, but there was an increased focus on them during the show’s final season, as a lead into the upcoming sitcom. In an ideal world, the remainingCooper familyin Texas would be the focal point of this follow-up narrative, butputting Georgie in a new family will result in more interesting storylinesfor the character, as seen in the aforementioned clip.

Not much has been revealed about what happened to him during this time, but certain plots, like his relationship with Mary and Missy and hisinevitable divorce from Mandy, will have to be followed. Otherwise, thestory forGeorgie & Mandy’s First Marriagewill break the established canon. Regardless, however, I am very excited to learn more about Sheldon’s older brother, especially knowing the success that he will have in the future.
