Disney Dreamlight Valleyhas launched its final free content update of 2024, the Sew Delightful update. It has introduced theaddition of Sally fromThe Nightmare Before Christmasto the valley, who players can find through a series of events similar to the process of finding Jack Skellington. In addition to the introduction of Sally and the new friendship quests she provides,players now also have the opportunity to collect an array of rewards that boast the character’s signature patchwork pattern, from furniture to cosmetic items. However, one of the most exciting features to be introduced with the new update is the most whimsical Star Path that has ever been seen inDisney Dreamlight Valley: Frost and Fairies.
The new Frost and Fairies Star Path has been appropriately released for players ofDisney Dreamlight Valleyto participate in over the holiday period. FollowingDisney Dreamlight Valley’s previous Star Path, The Night Show, the Frost & Fairies Star Path is the final installment of the event for 2024. While The Night Show Star Path had been active during the Halloween season and featured reward items inspired by rock music and concerts, the Star Path had not been as festive as one would have hoped. However, this does not seem to be an issue withDisney Dreamlight Valley’s new Star Path, as it is befitting of a Christmas theme.

The Frost & Fairies Star Path provides a sequence of various duties and tasks thatDisney Dreamlight Valleyplayers can fulfill in exchange for exclusive tokens. The tokens can be used to purchase a variety of limited edition reward items. The theme of the Star Path is inspired by a combination of icy winters as well as magical fairy tales, offering players dazzling reward items that are perfect for decorating the Frosted Heights biome with. In addition to decorative furniture items being among some of the rewards in the Frost and Fairies Star Path, players can collect cosmetic items which will be sure to please fans of Frozen.The Star Path will run until July 22, 2025, giving players a good chunk of time to earn the reward items.

In total, there are 42 reward items available in the Frost & Fairies Star Path for players to collect. While the Star Path is a free addition in the Sew Delightful update,some of its items can only be earned if a player unlocks the Premium Star Path for 2,500 Moonstones. Items within the Frost & Fairies Star Path consist of rewards like winter-inspired wallpapers, fairy tale makeup and magical wands, whimsical outfits, and more. Whether a player is a fan of winter or not, many of the furniture reward items within the Frost and Fairies Star Path are pretty versatile, allowing them to be used in many areas ofDisney Dreamlight Valleyand not just within the Frosted Heights biome.

In addition to the main reward items in the new Frost & Fairies Star Path,players also have the opportunity to unlock Bonus Rewards by unlocking all 42 reward items in the Star Path. There are 10 Bonus Rewards in total for players to collect, which can be unlocked with Tokens received for carrying out various Star Path duties. Some of the Bonus Rewards include green, rather than blue, versions of some of the furniture and clothing items available among the main reward items. One of the most exciting Bonus Rewards in the Frost and Fairies Star Path is its Enchanted Winter Cottage, which is available on Page 3 for 150 Tokens and is suitable to be placed in any biome withinDisney Dreamlight Valley.

Because the Frost and Fairies Star Path is running until February 2025, players have more or less two months to unlock the items within the new Star Path. With many of the items closely resembling what one would expect to find within the Frosted Heights biome, players now finally have a more extensive variety of furniture items that are suitable to decorate this area in the game. What’s more, the Frost and Fairies Star Path greatly complementsDisney Dreamlight Valley’s latest expansion pass,The Storybook Vale, which carries a strong fairy tale-inspired theme. And as for the Star Path being appropriate in terms of its festiveness, the Frost and Fairies Star Path certainly seems to hit that mark this holiday season.
