It’s not an easy position to be in when you’re leading a team that’s part of a larger crew. All the moving pieces need to work together to give the guests the best experience.Lara isn’t going to let Wihan’s laziness ruin the charter season. As a real leader, Lara’s willingness to step up to the plate shines through.
Lara isn’t distracted by the partying and romance like Wihan appears to be. She knows the job at hand, and she’s there to work, even if she’s on a reality show. Lara probably intends to have a career in yachting long after the cameras stop rolling, soshe’s not going to let anything derail her ambitions.
