Meanwhile, Greg is going to have to take desperate measures to keep Belinda quiet and avoid having the truth come to light.

Greg Needs Leverage Over Belinda
At the end ofThe White Lotusseason 3, episode 4, Greg is seen returning to his house from the boat and looking up Belinda’s social media. Eventually,he lands upon a picture of Belinda with her son, Zion, who had already appeared in season 3’s opening flash-forward scene, and is now set to arrive at the Thailand resort the following day inThe White Lotus' present timeline. The episode ends without Greg giving any explicit indication as to what he intends to do with Belinda, but her son is now almost guaranteed to be part of his dark plans.
There are a few ways that Greg could use Belinda’s personal information to attempt to blackmail her into keeping quiet, but he knows that Belinda’s son would be her greatest weakness, so threatening Zion would be more effective than threatening something like her career. Greg could threaten to kill Zion and make it look like an accident, which is what he previously intended to do with Tanya, orpossibly threaten to come after Zion in the future if Belinda ever reveals what she knows to the authorities.
Zion will already be at the Thailand resort for a few days before the shooting occurs.
Greg could also use Zion as leverage in a less physically threatening way, such as trying to bribe Belinda by paying for Zion’s school and buying the wellness center that Tanya had promised her in exchange for staying quiet. However, violence seems to be the way that Greg has learned to deal with his issues, given hisinitial plans with Quentin to kill Tanya. Sinceit’s hinted that Greg might be responsible for the rustling around that Belinda hears outside her room, he could already be scouting ways to attack her and Zion at the resort.
