Therefore, Eve being able to operate at full capacity would put her above the protagonist and allow her to stop most future villains with relative ease.

Choosing to avoid Eve becoming far and awayInvincible’s strongest characteris understandable from a narrative point of view, but once the series comes to a close and most of the big threats are dealt with, it would be fun to see her shine.
Allowing her to comfortably overcome some villains - whether they are minor or major threats - would be entertaining, and Eve’s powers are far too interesting to not explore in depth.
