The pre-order standard edition includes just the base game ofCivilization 7and the Tecumseh and Shawnee Pack for the basic price of $69.99. This new content packintroduces the leader Tecumseh and the Shawnee civilization toCivilization 7. According to developer Firaxis Games, this new leader’s speciality is in diplomacy and defense.Tecumseh’s special ability is called Nicaakiyakoolaakew, which will, depending on the number of city-states they are allied with, increase food, production, and combat strength.

Sid Meier’s Civilization 7 was announced during this year’s Summer Game Fest, but the teaser trailer shows little in the way of gameplay.
The new civilization, Shawnee, are adept at getting the most out of natural resources and is an Exploration Age civilization. The Shawnee’s ability is named Nepekifaki and promotes cities near rivers by giving more food to towns built on river tiles and reduces food for any built not on river tiles. The associated wonder for the Shawnee is the Serpent Mound. TheStandard Edition is priced at $69.99for the PS5/PS4, Xbox, and PC, while theNintendo Switch price is slightly lower at $59.99.
Civilization 7 Deluxe Edition

Civilization 7’sDeluxe Edition includesthe base game, early access on February 6, the Tecumseh and Shawnee Pack, the Crossroads of the World Collection, and a Deluxe Content Pack. The Crossroads of the World Collection, according to Firaxis Games, includes yet-to-be-revealed new leaders, four new civilizations, four new wonders, and one cosmetic bonus alongside other bonuses.
In a similar vein, the Deluxe Content Pack includes two new leader personas, each of which has a new variant of a preexisting leader with a new outfit and background. This pack also includes a new gameplay bonus for the leaders and shows off adifferent side of the leadersby giving them an alternative agenda. Further details on both the Crossroads of the World Collection and the Deluxe Content Pack will come out closer toCivilization 7’s release date of July 14, 2025. TheDeluxe Edition is $99.99 for the PS5/PS4, Xbox, and PC, while theNintendo Switch price is lower at $89.99.
