She quickly realized that the person in the pods with her was Uche Okorhoa,who she’d been having a casual relationship with before their time on the show. The pair quickly stopped dating and Lydia met her future husband,MiltonJohnson, but the damage was already done.
When it became clear who Uche was talking to within the women’s quarters,Lydia started getting closer to the womenand grew closer to Aaliyah Cosby, who was Uche’s first choice. While she seemed to think she was doing the right thing,Lydia hid her connection to Uche from Aaliyah while simultaneously counseling their relationship, trying to offer her advice without showing her hand. Lydia’s deceit came out quickly before the pod phase ended, and her relationships with Uche and Aaliyah were destroyed.

WhileLove Is Blindseason 2had its work cut out after the incredibly successful first season, no one expected the drama of Abhishek “Shake” Chatterjee. Things got tricky as they moved into the real world and the expectations they had for their relationship seemed to be a bit different. When it came to light that Stephen had been texting another woman sexually explicit messages, Stephen tried to excuse himself by saying he’d been drinking, but it was too late.He destroyed the facade he’d built of his personality, making it clear that he wasn’t the great guy he’d presented as.

AlthoughCarter Wall wasn’t a big fixture onLove Is Blindseason 5, his relationship on the series with Renee Poche became one of the biggest issues of the season. Carter and Renee weren’t featured in the episodes frequently, but they pursued a relationship outside of theLove Is Blindpods and even made it to the altar.
